Yokohama Ramen
Ingredients
Soup stock*
chicken bone
any vegetables
Soup seasoning *
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
vegetable fry*
2 Chinese cabbage
carrot
2-3 dried Shiitake mushrooms (soaked)
6 boiled shrimps
spring onion
30 g thin sliced pork
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese chicken paste
to taste salt and pepper
2 teaspoon starch powder +1 cup water
1 boiled egg
green onion
Nori seaweed
Ramen noodle
Steps
1. Soup stock ingredients: any vegetables and shrimp skin.....
2. Cook in pressure pan for 30 minutes. And drain.
3. Cut vegetables and pork. Fry pork first and put in dish aside. Then fry hard vegetables.
4. Fry all vegetables and pork shrimp, and season.
5. Sprinkle starch water and cook.
6. Boil noodle and make soup.
7. Put vegetables fry, soy sauce egg, green onion and Nori.
8. Enjoy 😊
